	Tom Solomon Email: TSolomon@cosol.net Tom Solomon is a lifelong resident of Modesto. Tom graduated from California State University, Chico, with a B.A. degree in Social Sciences and later earned a California teaching credential. Tom entered the commercial real estate industry in July 1979, and founded CoSoLl Commercial Real Estate with his partner in 1987. Tom has acted as real estate broker to many major clients completing numerous sale and lease transactions in the San Joaquin/Stanislaus region. Tom and his wife Denise have three children, Thomas (21), Julia (18), and Jeffrey (16). He is on the Board of Directors for The Center for Human Services. Tom prides himself on “allowing my success to follow that of my client’s success”.
	Tim Bettencourt Email: TBettencourt@cosol.net Tim Bettencourt is a partner with CoSol Commercial Real Estate. Tim is involved in the sales and leasing of retail commercial properties in the market area of the San Joaquin Valley of California. In 1982 he graduated from California State University, Chico, with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. After a short stint as a national sales manager for a major transportation company, Tim joined the real estate brokerage firm of Charles Tingey Associates in 1984. He left Charles Tingey Associates in 1987 to form what is now CoSol Commercial Real Estate. Tim has been actively involved in numerous major retails projects in the Central Valley, and is the preferred broker for several national and regional retailers. Tim is married with four children, and is actively involved with his children’s activities, as well as several community organizations.
	Janet Akard Email: JAkard@cosol.net Janet Akard has been with CoSol Commercial Real Estate since 1993. Being a licensed real estate agent since 1985, she came to CoSol to do commercial sales and leasing. In 1994, the property management arm of the business was established and she became a partner and director. Janet finds that managing and leasing the properties presents daily challenges and opportunities to interact with tenants and owners in the Central Valley where she has been a lifelong resident. Janet’s long lasting relationships with her clients affords her continued repeat business in the commercial real estate field.
	Jake Maiorino Email: JMaiorino@cosol.net Jake Maiorino joined Cosol as an Associate in May of 2006. Jake graduated from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo in 2003 with a B.S. degree in Agribusiness. After graduation Jake worked for Gourmet Trading, a produce company in Sourthern California. A year later he returned to San Luis Obispo to work for Lee & Associates, where he began his career in commercial real-estate.
	Shelley Montez Email: SMontez@cosol.net Shelley Montez began with CoSol as the Assistant Property Manager/Bookkeeper in September of 2007. Shelley brings with her residential/commercial property management experience. Her extensive bookkeeping background along with personal attention to details and people skills makes her a true asset to CoSol.
